  1. Production & Processing Time Custom Products (Made-to-Order Items) All custom products such as: Custom Racing Suits Armored Hoodies Leather Jackets Personalized Items (Name / Number / Logo) are individually handcrafted. Production Time: 15–25 business days (depending on design, measurements, and complexity) Note: During seasonal rush or promotional periods, production may take an additional 3–7 days. Ready-Made Products (If Applied) Processing time: 1–3 business days
  2. Shipping Time Shipping time begins after the product is finished, not from the day of order. Estimated Delivery Times: Region Delivery Time USA & Canada 5–10 business days UK & Europe 4–8 business days Australia & New Zealand 7–12 business days Middle East 5–10 business days Asia 4–8 business days South America 10–15 business days Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays. 
  3. Shipping Carriers We Use We ship globally using trusted courier partners: DHL Express FedEx UPS TCS International (depending on region) All shipments include: Tracking number Priority Handling Signature confirmation (based on country) 
  4. Shipping Cost Shipping costs are calculated based on: Shipping destination Order weight Courier rates During checkout, the shipping cost will be displayed before paying. Occasionally, we offer: Free Worldwide Shipping on select products or promotional campaigns.
  5. Customs, Duties & Taxes International shipments may be subject to customs import duties/taxes depending on your country.  IMPORTANT: Custom duties & import taxes are NOT included in your order total. These charges are paid by the customer, not ONEEHIDE. ONEEHIDE is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
  6. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a: Shipment confirmation email Tracking number Courier tracking link Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
  7. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery Please ensure your address is correct while placing the order. ONEEHIDE is not responsible for: Wrong or incomplete addresses Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability Courier holding fees If the package returns to us, the buyer must pay for re-shipping.
  8. Lost or Stolen Packages Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the courier, ONEEHIDE is not liable for: Theft Misplaced packages Delivery to wrong mailbox/building If this happens: We will assist you in opening a courier investigation, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
