How does the process of design work?
When a client buys a tailor-made OneeHide product, we assign a designer to start preparing the outlines. We usually do a brief interview with the client in which we are provided information about the colors, logotypes and fitting that the equipment should have. Based on all this information our designers do the outlines, which are sent to the customer and updated according to his requests.
How are measurements taken?
A simple form clearly explains how to take each measurement with photos and instructions. Once we receive the measurements our pattern designers check them one by one to confirm that there are no mistakes in the taking.
What happens if my order doesn't agree with my measurements?
All our products are supported by our FIT GURANTEE. When you receive an OneeHide product you can take your time to try it during 15 days after the purchase to confirm that it fits properly. In case you wish to do any modification, it will be included in the price without additional charges, with a Perfect Fit Guarantee.
What payment methods are available?
OneeHide offers a wide variety of payment methods aimed at providing our users with an easy and safe payment process. AG10Moto accepts payments via Bank Transfer and the main credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Carte Bleue, CartaSi, Discover, Diners Club and JCB. Our payment platform guarantees the secure transmission of your confidential data thanks to our SSL certificate.
Does OneeHide manufacture equipment for large sizes, women or children?
OneeHide has a very wide range of products as we manufacture RACING equipment for man, woman, children XXL sizes; as well as SUPERMOTARD, TOURING and CLASSIC equipment. No matter your style, size, genre or age. We will turn your dreams into reality.

General Informations
What is the initial suits configuration?
The initial configuration of Oneehide suits is 1 PIECE, with HUMP, ELBOW / KNEE SLIDERS, MICROPERFORATED and with the full set of interior / exterior ARMOR.
If you want a suit with another type of configuration (for example a 2-piece suit, not perforated and without sliders) you must inform us during the design process to be able to update your order.
Can I buy gift cards?
Yes, you can buy gift cards. One gift card is the easiest and most efficient way to give tailor-made rider´s equipment to your friends and family. Just follow these steps: Fill the addressee information Choose the gift card value Add a personal message For further information, visit our gift card section.
I received a gift card, how can I use it?
If you have received a GIFT CARD and want to exchange it for one of our products, you must contact our customer service service indicating your card code.
Can I do changes to my order?
Changes to your order can be done during 24 hours after its payment, please, contact us. After 24 hours, the orders will have already being manufacturing; the fabrics will have been cut, so no changes can be done.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel or modify your order during the following 15 calendar days from the day you made the first payment.
If more than 15 calendar days have passed since you made the first payment, you will have already been assigned a production spot with a reserve of materials, so unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes.
Remember that OneeHide products are handmade and completely custom-made, requiring production planning several months in advance.
*Orders with the contracted express tailoring service can only be canceled or modified during the first 24 hours after the first payment has been processed.
Design and Measurements
How is tailor-made equipment manufactured?
Manufacturing tailor-made equipment takes 4 steps: Outline Design and Confirmation. Take Measurements. Manufacturing Process. Equipment Shipping and Client´s Trial. After the last step, clients could take their time to try the equipment through several days and confirm that everything is right or ask to apply the FIT GURANTEE.
How can I know if measurements are taken properly?
Once we receive your measurement form, our tailors will check your measurements one by one and if they discover any mistake they will contact you to review them. In case our tailor team don´t realize any mistake and the equipment are manufactured, you can ask for adjustments applying the Perfect Fit Guarantee without troubles.
Can I design completely customized equipment?
In OneeHide you set the limit! We are completely tailor-made equipment design specialists, so each client can choose how to customize their equipment. We will make it real.
When are measurements requested?
Once the equipment design is confirmed, our commercials will be in charge of your measurements and they will constantly assist you so as you can properly take your measurements.

Does OneeHide send its products to anywhere in the world?
YES, We send products anywhere in the world and all our orders are sent with industry-leading express courier companies.
Which is the delivery time?
- Our delivery time for manufacturing of AG10Moto tailor-made products is from 4 to 14 weeks after design and measures confirmation. As soon is ready we will contact you to inform you that your order is finished.
- The delivery time for manufacturing of EXPRESS SERVICE orders is 15 working days.
- If we don´t deliver your order in this deadline we will refund you the proportional part of the EXPRESS SERVICE
- In case of repairs and adjustments the delivery time is usually from 2 to 3 weeks.
